ONE40 William Street, Perth
ONE40 William Street is a major mixed-use commercial development in Perth's historic core. The scheme includes an underground metro station, a new office tower, the restoration and refurbishment of three historic buildings and an historic façade. We oversaw survey, documentation and administration on the historic structures. External works are now complete and we are commencing work on the interiors of the heritage buildings. Lovell Chen is planning to establish a full-time Perth office soon.
