Police horses make way for art! Work is complete at the former Victoria Police Stables, now part of Victorian College of Arts, on the Southbank campus of the University of Melbourne. Trevor Mein’s photographs capture the dramatic interiors and interesting work spaces in the College’s new home for its painting school. Strategic planning and conservation works by Lovell Chen. And in breaking news … the project has been shortlisted in the new & Old category of the World Architecture Festival awards. Category winners will be announced in Amsterdam in November.
