This year’s South Pacific Passive House Conference is going virtual and collaborative. Registered delegates can join Lovell Chen principal Milica Tumbas live online as she participates in an Architect Panel Discussion, one of a series of events in the October conference week.
Originally scheduled to take place in Sydney, the conference was moved online by its organisers — Australian Passive House Association and Passive House Institute, New Zealand — in response to the health pandemic. And they are embracing the opportunities this brings for a worldwide audience and increased collaboration. A Virtual Trade Show will run for the conference week, and sessions will take place each afternoon 13-16 October.
In Milica’s session, she will be joined by architects from Architectus, DesignInc and Jackson Clements Burrows, each tackling a different Passive House topic in a 10-minute presentation followed by a panel discussion. Milica will talk about the opportunities for tackling energy performance in applying EnerPHit, the Passive House approach used for the adaptation of existing buildings. All sessions are interactive … ask questions! You will have the panellists’ full attention.
