We are looking for a dynamic and able business-support professional to join our architecture and conservation team in our East Melbourne office.
Reporting to the practice manager and working as part of the broader Lovell Chen administration team, the Studio Manager – Architecture and Conservation is integral to the smooth running of our combined architecture and conservation team.
You will be a great team player who is excited by the prospect of a busy and varied role.
You will have the following key attributes, competencies and skills:

— an understanding of architectural project and construction industry requirements
— strict adherence to confidentiality
— advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
— experience using Deltek Vision and Adobe Indesign an adavantage
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the architecture or design sector would be an advantage. Desirably, you will have training/qualifications in business administration, management or architecture, or have a strong record of relevant experience.
