Studio administration assistant
The studio administration assistant reports to our practice principal and works as part of the broader Lovell Chen administration team. The role is integral to the smooth running of the office.
Key attributes, competencies and skills required include:
— a proactive approach
— excellent written and verbal communication skills
— excellent organisational skills
— an understanding of architectural projects and construction industry requirements
— advanced computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
— ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
— experience using Deltek Vision and Adobe InDesign an advantage
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the architecture and design sector would be an advantage. It would also be desirable if you have training or qualifications in business administration, management or architecture, or a strong track record of relevant experience.
