Receptionist – Executive Assistant

About the opportunity
Lovell Chen is seeking a multi-talented receptionist/executive assistant to join our busy East Melbourne practice on a temporary 12 month contract.

The receptionist/executive assistant position is integral to the smooth running of our front-of-house and the management of executive diaries and tasks. The receptionist/executive assistant will work as part of the broader Lovell Chen administration team.

About you
You will be a great team player who is excited by the prospect of a busy and varied role.

You will have the following key attributes, competencies and skills:

— clear communication skills and excellent people skills
— an ability to prioritise and multi-task
— a keen eye for detail
— strict adherence to confidentiality
— advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and developing skills in Vision)

You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant role. Experience in an architectural practice an advantage.
