Anne-Marie Treweeke is a key member of our leadership team. She is a director and Lovell Chen’s practice principal, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in architecture and master planning to the strategic role of high-level practice management and development. She is central to the decision-making processes of the practice, and instrumental in supporting our collaborative way of working. She ensures the effective delivery of our architecture, conservation and heritage services.
A skilled critical analyst, Anne-Marie has gained considerable insight into the way the industry operates. She is forward-thinking in how the practice might contribute and grow, and she advises on and implements the strategies developed by our practice principals. Her focus is on business development, submissions and tenders, general management and operations, quality assurance systems, health and safety, and human resources — as well as pursuing new opportunities and ideas. She also maintains an overview of individual project performance, and contributes to our R&D initiatives and philanthropic activities.
Anne-Marie joined the practice in 1993. She is a registered architect and an experienced contract administrator. Prior to taking on her current role, she lead our team of project architects under the design direction of practice director Kai Chen
. She worked on the set-up, management and contract administration of projects, many of which won industry awards, and she has first-hand knowledge of most of the services provided by the practice.
