Lovell Chen is very pleased to announce a transformation in the structure of our senior team. The new structure is directed at supporting our future growth and development, better servicing our clients and, as importantly, recognises the key contributions made by our most experienced people. Over the past decade or more, Lovell Chen has been expanding in size and breadth of service, and the recent period of sustained growth has only been possible through the dedicated work of our talented team members. The changes are in each of the three core disciplines of the practice — architecture, conservation and heritage.

Within the architecture team, associate directors Anne-Marie Treweeke and Milica Tumbas have been promoted to Principal Architecture. Within the heritage team, associate directors Anita Brady and Kate Gray have been promoted to Principal Heritage, and from the conservation team, senior associate Dan Blake becomes Principal Conservation. They join Founding Principals Peter Lovell and Kai Chen in the new leadership team.
In addition, senior associates Katherine White and Adam Mornement have been promoted to Associate Principal Heritage, and associate Natasa Vuletas becomes Associate Principal Architecture.
We congratulate them all and look forward to their ongoing contribution to an exciting future for the practice.
