Our actions in response to the Coronavirus situation

Australian Government’s RESPONSE | Victorian State Government’s RESPONSE

We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients, contractors, consultants and members of the public, and are following all relevant guidance issued by Federal and State health authorities. We have successfully trialled arrangements for our staff to be able to work remotely, and have now taken the decision to encourage home working, commencing Monday 23 March. Our office will remain open but with reduced staff attendance. We would like to encourage our clients and collaborators to arrange to conduct all non-essential face-to-face project meetings online. We will continue to attend building sites.

We wish to reassure our clients, colleagues and team members that we have systems in place to ensure that all our services continue uninterrupted. The specific confidentiality commitments in place for particular projects will be maintained. For those of us working from home, arrangements are in place to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality, and we are using systems with high speed remote access to our office secured servers. Our office management tools are accessible online and we are organising online group communication strategies. We also have a plan for deputising for colleagues in the event of illness or a need to take care of family members.
